Botanical name: Guibourtia ehie

Origin: West Africa
Weight: 800Kg/m3
Cutting: Two square edged boards 150mm wide and wider, 1900mm long and longer
Dryness: Kiln dried
Other names: Amazaquoe, shedua, tropical olive.

Mid brown with more or less dark greyish stripes, straight grained, hard and fine grained. A high quality timber useful as a substitute for European walnut.
